All Catering Packages Include:
- Our 11- inch Classic Cheese and Pepperoni pizzas and two additional choices from our list of "Artisanal Pizza Offerings"
- 1.5 to 2 hours of buffet-style service outside, under our canopy or inside the winery.
- Biodegradable plates and napkins

- * Mixed Green Salad with Grape Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Dried Cranberries and Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- Gluten Free Crust: $4/pizza Note: We are Not a GF environment.
- Late Service Charge for Events beginning after 8:00 pm - $100.00

Set--up Fee of $150, 15% Gratuity, and MA Meal Tax of 7% will be added to the final invoice
*Set-up fee of $150 will be WAIVED for events taking place at Black Birch Vineyard

Please note: The Laughing Tomato is not a "Full Service" caterer. Our entire operation happens under our tent, and we are not responsible for the clearing and clean-up of the event space. Our role in your event is limited to
the making and serving of pizza. Any other arrangements regarding the facility rental, tables for additional food
items, set-up and clean-up of the event space, etc. should be discussed with the Events Manager
at the Black Birch Vineyard.
